Bimini Coconut Flavored Gin

Unlike many flavored spirits, Bimini Coconut does not contain any flavor extracts. Instead, Bimini use organic Fair Trade Certified Extra Virgin coconut oil in a process know as “fat washing.” The oil is heated to a liquid state and combined with the original gin to infuse it with pure coconut flavor. After the infusion has completed, the mixture is chilled until the oils solidify and can be strained back out. The result is a subtle, natural coconut aroma and flavor in perfect harmony with other botanicals.
