Returns & Exchanges
At LoveScotch.com, we strive to ensure your premium spirits arrive in perfect condition; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect bottle, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a resolution. Due to legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, we cannot accept returns for products once the seal has been broken or the item has been opened.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Include clear photographs of the shipping box and the damaged or incorrect bottle to expedite your claim processing.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return shipment.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bottle.
