Breuckelen 77 Local Rye & Corn Whiskey

Local Rye and Corn is distilled from 90% rye and 10% corn.  After a 14-day fermentation it’s distilled one time using a column. The column makes a softer spirit and lends a sweeter, easier drinking style. After distillation the spirit is cut with the finest, filtered, NYC tap water before aging in new American oak barrels.
