The wines are produced in inox, with nothing added except SO2. Julian hopes that the simplicity of production will allow the complexity of the nature that defines the terroir to shine in the wines.

A wonderful Spanish white with the light spritz is superb and delicious! A 100% stainless steel fermented wine from Txakoli de Gettaria in the extreme north of Spain close to the Atlantic Ocean. This is a refreshing and crisp white that gives aromas of ginger and limes.
