Joseph has not only inherited some of the most valuable parcels of land on earth from his father, he also tends to these valuable vineyards as if they were from his own secret garden. There is almost no one who knows the secrets of these rocks and vines to the caliber that Joseph does. Comes from one of the coldest, rockiest sites in St. Aubin from vines over 70 years in age. This site is harvested about a month later than the other sites.
