Mammoth Distilling Whiskey

By sourcing a smooth, light-bodied whiskey to use in cocktails, Mammoth Distilling were able to grow their inventory of hand-hewn Woolly Rye and Woolly Bourbon casks. After an exhausting search, Mammoth selected this 5-year 100% corn whiskey distilled and aged in Kentucky which their then finish in once-used Bonobo Winery grand cru merlot barrels.
