Mammoth Distilling Batch #2 Woolly Bourbon Whiskey

Woolly Bourbon is made from a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley and 2% caramel malt using grains grown in collaboration with several Northern Michigan farms and glacial water from the Torch Lake aquifer. Every bottle is hand hewn in a custom 650-liter pot still and aged in new charred American White Oak casks.
