Suze Aperitif Liqueur

Suze is a pleasingly bitter French apéritif made from the gentian root, which grows in the mountains of Switzerland and France. A famed French aperitif liqueur flavored with gentian root, giving a spicy, fruity and delicately bitter drink. Traditionally it's served neat, with tonic or with orange juice as well as a flavour in many cocktails.
