Overproof pure single Jamaican rum produced at Worthy Park Estate in St. Catherine Parish, Jamaica. 100% molasses distilled on a Forsyths copper pot still. Worthy Park’s light-ester rum aged 3 years in ex-bourbon casks combined with a small amount of unaged, high-ester rum. Heady aromas of dried fruit, cocoa, and green plantain; distinct palate of crème brûlée, cacao, and coffee accompanied by the unmistakable Jamaican funk of high-ester, pot-still rum.
